Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have behavioral health (mental health and substance abuse) insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is my co-pay per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my health insurer or primary care physician?

Fees
(These are the self-pay fees without insurance)
Initial Assessment, under age 18: $175
Initial Assessment session, age 18 and over: $150
Individual, Couple, or Family Therapy session (45 to 50 minutes):  $100

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.  Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours' advance notice is required to cancel an appointment.  Any broken appointments (late cancellation or no-show) are billed to the client at $75.
