Location:
The office is located in Pawtucket on the Providence line, just off East Avenue, near Hope Street, Blackstone Blvd., North Main Street, and Pawtucket Avenue. It is just a few minutes from Route 95. It is on RIPTA Bus lines, #42 and #99. (See map below for detailed directions.)
Parking:
Legal parking is available on Lafayette Street, and in the lot to the right and rear of the building. (Note: Parking in the Blackstone Place shopping plaza across the street is not permitted by the plaza owners.)
First Appointments:
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time. Enter Suite # 107 for the waiting room. Complete the paperwork left for you on the table. The paperwork is important, and includes consent forms, privacy notices, and confidential questionnaires. Thank you for taking the time to read and complete these carefully. I will come out to meet you at your appointment time.
